Oodles of noodles have found their way to the Fountains making the Roseville site the first Noodles & Company in Northern California.
Celebrating its recent grand opening, Noodles & Company offers noodle dishes, soups and salads from three global regions and a menu customizable for even the pickiest eaters.
Food
The new eatery serves noodle dishes, soup and salads inspired by culinary dishes from regions around the world. From dishes that add a bit of spice to those that are comforting or healthy, each dish can be easily customized to suit individual tastes. Examples of regional dishes include Pad Thai, Tuscan linguine or mushroom stroganoff. The menu also offers a soup and salad from various regions.
“Green” eats
Health Magazine re-cently named Noodles & Company the healthiest fast food restaurant, an honor Sacramento regional manager Keith Easterling credits to the fresh ingredients.
Easterling said the focus on healthy ingredients, fresh vegetables, tofu and antibiotic-free meats appeals to health conscious families in search of quick dinner options.
“There’s something for everyone,” Easterling said. “Kids love the plain buttered noodles or Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Adults love the spicy, savory dishes that feature lots of flavors.”
Don’t miss dish
Easterling’s favorite is the Penne Rosa, a Mediterranean-inspired dish that features a spicy tomato cream sauce, mushrooms and spinach topped with Parmesan-crusted chicken. Easterling said the chicken has a spicy kick that complements the spicy marinara and would be appealing to someone looking for a flavorful, spicy meal.
Logistics
Order at the counter, find a seat in the dining room and your meal is delivered to your table by a server in less than five minutes.
“Our goal is to have a ticket time of five minutes or less,” Easterling said.
Noodles & Company is also able to handle ‘to go’ orders and can cater special events with a phone order in advance.
